The CEO, Felipe R. C. Rodrigues, was born in Brazil, 1990, and in 2014 he landed in Australia right after graduating with a 4860 hours mechanical engineering bachelor degree. In 2016 he was accredited by Engineers Australia as a professional engineer, became a member of the Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA) and founded FELPS EBIKES. From 2016 to 2021, he attended two international bicycle shows in Taiwan (2017) and China (2019). At the former event, he decided to stay further and design and manufacture his own electric bicycle frame that soon became Cyberbikes Centauro.
